These draft terms require business and legal review before accepting orders.
Scope and quotation
The accepted quotation defines the sitemap, features, page limits, revisions, support, delivery, payment terms and responsibilities. Standard packages cover static pages: Starter up to 5, Business up to 10, Premium up to 30. Custom work is scoped separately.
Prices and renewals
One-time build prices are ₹4,999, ₹9,999 and ₹19,999 for Starter, Business and Premium. Domain and hosting are extra. A standard, non-premium .com domain is approximately ₹1,850/year; basic hosting is ₹2,000/year, not per month. Domain registration and renewal depend on availability and registrar pricing. Other hosting is quoted separately. Taxes and additional services are extra; renewals may change.
Content, timing and revisions
Customers provide accurate business information and appropriately licensed content. Timelines, revision allowances and support are confirmed in the quotation. Domain changes, incomplete content and third-party approvals can affect timing.
Ownership and future work
Domain ownership, code handover, third-party licences and content rights are described in the quotation. Ongoing content, maintenance, dynamic features and future additions are separately scoped and quoted.
Search and analytics
SEO and AI search optimisation improve how search and AI systems understand website content. Rankings, recommendations, citations, traffic and leads are not guaranteed. Ongoing campaigns are not included unless quoted.
Items to finalise
Payment schedule, cancellation and refund policy, legal business identity, governing law, dispute resolution, support terms and liability provisions require business approval before these terms are used.
